We want your girls to wear sheroes and feel comfortable and covered, but if for some reason they don’t, here’s what to do:

School Starter Pack

We will deliver a starter pack to your uniform shop with 10 pieces of sHEROes in each size 4,5,6,8,10, and 5 pairs in size 12 & 14 – 60 pairs total.

The starter pack will be delivered free of charge on a 30-day account. You will also receive a free promotional display ring to help promote the underwear.

If, at the end of 30 days, you have any unsold sHERO briefs, you can choose to return any remaining stock and pay for what you have sold, or size exchange for more popular sizes.
Simply email notification to us at rel@sHEROes.com.au  including the amount of stock that will be returned/exchanged. We will send through a revised invoice for settlement.

Wanting to return or exchange something?

We offer quick and simple returns so if you aren’t 100% happy with your order, we are more than happy to offer size exchanges or refunds and you can return your purchase up to 30 days from the day received. Any returns must be as new in packaging and unworn.
Simply email notification to us at rel@sHEROes.com.au  including your order number and the reason for return.

Faulty Garments

sHERO Rising has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been worn prior to processing a refund or exchange. Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after use. Simply email notification to us at rel@sHEROes.com.au  including your order number and the reason for return. Email some pictures that illustrate the fault, and we will reply and advise if we need the garment returned or if we will simply send a replacement.

When will my refund be processed?

As soon as your return is received and processed by our team, you will receive a confirmation email from us to let you know your refund has been issued. Please allow 1 – 3 working days for your refund to appear in your account.  If you have posted your return but haven’t heard back, please feel free to contact us rel@sHEROes.com.au  and we can look into this for you.


Your satisfaction is our priority, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following conditions;

  • Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with packaging.
  • Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.
  • The customer is responsible for any postage fees for exchanges
