We want you to love what you have ordered, but if for some reason you don’t, here’s what to do.
Wanting to return or exchange something?
We offer quick and simple returns so if you aren’t 100% happy with your online order, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund and you can return your purchase up to 14 days from the day you purchased it.
Simply email notification to us at rel@sHEROes.com.au including your order number and the reason for return. If the garment has a fault, if you could take a picture of it and email through, and we will reply and advise if we need the garment returned or if we will simply send a replacement. The reason for exchange will deem who is responsible for postage. A return email will confirm who is responsible for postage.
sHERO Rising has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been worn prior to processing a refund or exchange. Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after use. Simply email notification to us at rel@sHEROes.com.au including your order number and the reason for return. Email some pictures that illustrate the fault, and we will reply and advise if we need the garment returned or if we will simply send a replacement.

When will my refund be processed?
As soon as your return is received and processed by our team, you will receive a confirmation email from us to let you know your refund has been issued. Please allow 1 – 3 working days for your refund to appear in your account. If you have posted your return but haven’t heard back, please feel free to contact us rel@sHEROes.com.au and we can look into this for you.
Your satisfaction is our priority, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following conditions;
- Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with packaging.
- Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.
- The customer is responsible for any postage fees for exchanges
